Product Designer III

As a Product Designer at Inspire Brands, you will be an integral part of the User Experience Research & Design team. Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the development of the next generation of digital commerce products aimed at transforming the restaurant experience and exceeding customer expectations. By leveraging your expertise in User Experience (UX) design, User Interface (UI) design, and Product design, you will play a crucial role in delivering sophisticated digital solutions that empower both guests and associates. To excel in this role, you must possess 8 - 12 years of experience in UX design, UI design, and/or Product design, with a strong emphasis on e-commerce best practices, interaction design, information architecture, mobile-first design, and responsive design. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or AdobeXD is essential, particularly intermediate-to-expert Figma skills. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience in utilizing design systems to ensure consistent wireframe and mockup deliverables, as well as expertise in prototyping and documenting detailed user flows. In addition to the must-have qualifications, familiarity with accessibility principles, previous experience in designing for large informational displays, and the ability to conduct user research and usability testing are considered advantageous. As a Product Designer, you will also be expected to demonstrate key characteristics such as customer advocacy, business acumen, industry expertise, and design influence, thereby contributing to the overall success of the team. Your success in this role will be determined by your ability to effectively manage multiple design tasks, solve design problems independently, and communicate your ideas clearly. Whether working collaboratively with team members in the same physical office or across virtual offices, you should exhibit strong teamwork skills and the capacity to operate in both synchronous and asynchronous environments. Additionally, your proficiency in planning and facilitating meetings, as well as presenting your work, will be crucial in driving the design process forward.
