Role Overview: As a Product Designer II at Hiver, you will be instrumental in shaping the product's vision through the implementation of user-centric designs. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute customer experience solutions for online platforms. - Oversee the creation and production of customer experience elements throughout the entire process, including updates and revisions. - Utilize a variety of user-centered design tools like customer experience briefs, wireframes, and prototypes to bring customer experience solutions to life. - Review and analyze high-profile projects, occasionally taking the lead on teams or projects focused on user-centered design. - Innovate by conducting research and testing theories to develop cutting-edge design solutions. - Analyze both internal and external sites, referencing standards and policies to identify and implement best practices. Qualifications Required: - Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in product design. - Ability to take complete ownership of projects, overseeing visual and interactive elements from start to finish. - Skilled in engaging with customers via calls to extract valuable insights that enhance the design process. - Eagerness to dive into data, using it to form informed opinions and refine design choices. - Enthusiastic about researching analogous products to extract industry best practices, continuously adapting to and learning from advancements.,
