Key Responsibilities

• Design for growth experiments and revenue-impacting product surfaces.
• Work closely with analytics and product teams to test visual hypotheses.
• Iterate fast on visuals and layouts based on data insights.
• Ensure aesthetic consistency across clusters and screens.
• Partner with motion and brand teams to elevate the overall experience.
  

Required Skills

• 23 years in product, growth, or visual design for consumer apps.
• Strong sense of layout, contrast, and clarity.
• A portfolio showing visual precision and data-informed iteration.
• Proficiency in Figma; understanding of A/B testing workflows is a plus.
• Clear communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
