About the Role We are looking for a Lead UX/UI Designer who will be the creative force behind our digital products designing intuitive, visually stunning, and user-friendly experiences for a global audience. Youll blend strategic thinking with hands-on design, leading UX efforts while collaborating with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to build exceptional financial experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead user research, persona creation, and journey mapping. Design wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI for fintech products. Build and evolve a scalable design system ensuring consistency. Conduct usability testing and translate feedback into improvements. Ensure accessibility standards and inclusive design practices. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Required Experience 7+ years of UX/UI experience with a strong portfolio (fintech/trading preferred). Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools. Experience creating and maintaining design systems. Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility.
