Job Description

Role Overview: As a Lead Product Design (UX Designer), your main responsibility will be to drive human-centered design across digital products. You will play a crucial role in shaping simple, intuitive, and visually engaging experiences. Working closely with product, business, and technology teams, you will lead the end-to-end product design process, ensuring that all designs align with brand guidelines and deliver a seamless visual language. This role requires a passion for building delightful digital experiences and leading design innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end product design process, including user research, journey mapping, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready interfaces. - Develop personas, empathy maps, customer journeys, and service blueprints to inform design decisions. - Design experiences for various digital platforms such as web, mobile, kiosks, wearables, etc. - Create interaction models, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes. - Conduct design reviews to ensure usability and customer delight. - Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to achieve unified outcomes. - Build and maintain a Design Language System (DLS) to ensure consistency across platforms. - Stay updated on design trends, tools, and innovations to continuously elevate user experience. - Define and track OKRs for yourself and contribute to team success. Qualification Required: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, Visual Communication, New Media Design, or Universal Design. - 8+ years of experience in UX/Product Design with a strong usability background. - Strong expertise in visual design principles such as color theory, typography, layouts, micro-interactions, and motion design. - Hands-on experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, Axure, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. - Experience in designing for complex digital products/platforms. - Knowledge of web design principles, responsive design, and front-end constraints. - Proven ability to build and maintain scalable design systems. - Excellent storytelling, presentation, and collaboration skills. - A strong design portfolio showcasing your work is a must.,
