Product Design Leadership Alliance

As an Associate Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our products. Reporting to the Design Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other designers to conceptualize, design, and deliver exceptional digital experiences that meet the needs of our users. Lead the design process from ideation to execution, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across all platforms. Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to understand user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to inform design decisions and iterate on existing features. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your design concepts and solutions. Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across products. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous learning within the team. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design, and incorporate them into our design processes. 3+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and past projects. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar. Knowledge of the latest Figma features is a must. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for creating innovative and impactful user experiences. Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment following a rapid iterative design approach.,
