As an emerging startup community from Uttar Pradesh, Venturelift India is on a mission to simplify outbound sales for startups and MSMEs by leveraging AI and Sales Tech. With a focus on building scalable SaaS products with exceptional UX, we are looking for a product-minded, full-stack developer or technical architect to join us in this exciting journey. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and iterate on the MVP, incorporating CRM/workflow-like backend with AI integrations. You will be responsible for selecting and implementing the appropriate tech stack and architecture, integrating third-party tools/APIs, and co-leading product decisions, sprints, and roadmap. As we scale, you will also play a key role in building out the early engineering team to ensure security, performance, and scalability of our products. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who thrives on high ownership and is experienced in modern stacks such as Node.js/Python + React. You should be curious about AI tools, LLMs, and sales workflow automation, and have a track record of architecting scalable SaaS products. A willingness to experiment, move fast, and work lean is essential for success in this position. In return for your contributions, you will receive co-founder equity and a long-term leadership stake in the company. You will also benefit from a fast feedback loop with real clients using the MVP, as well as access to early traction, domain knowledge, and an investor network. While not required, it would be a bonus if you have experience working on AI/ML products, have tried building a company before, possess a background in building B2B SaaS or workflow automation platforms, or have knowledge of sales tools or CRMs. Please note that this is not a salaried role; it is an equity-only opportunity at the co-founder level.
