Product Counsellor

As a VIP Product Counsellor at our company located in Andheri East Sakinaka, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients. Your primary role will involve interacting with customers in English and Hindi, with a preference for candidates who also speak Punjabi. Your excellent communication skills will be essential in ensuring a positive experience for our VIP clients. The shift timing for this position is from 11 PM to 8 AM with 2 rotational offs. Therefore, flexibility and availability during these hours is required. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in any International BPO Sales, up-selling, retention, or collection, with a preference for experience in the US market. This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person at our office location.
