Product Control IT Business Analyst

As a Senior Product Control IT Business Analyst within the Corporate Functions team of Risk, Product Control, and ESG IT, you will be a key member reporting directly to the Head of Risk, PC, and ESG IT. Commencing in June 2025, your primary responsibility will be to support day-to-day operations and major project initiatives, with a specific focus on reporting consolidation across three legal entities. To excel in this role, you must bring solid experience in an investment banking environment, coupled with a deep understanding of financial products and a track record of success in Product Control or Finance IT functions. Your duties will be varied and impactful, encompassing tasks such as writing business logic, enhancing dashboards, leading meetings, workshops, and training sessions, collaborating with teams in Risk, Finance, and IT, gathering requirements, driving process improvements, working hands-on with data, reporting, and analytics, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, familiarizing yourself with onboarding new products, and supporting regulatory initiatives while streamlining workflows. Key qualifications for this role include a proven background in an investment banking setting, a strong grasp of financial products spanning various asset classes, advanced SQL skills, successful experience in Product Control or Finance IT functions, exceptional communication and leadership capabilities, and technical proficiency in data reporting and analytics. Additionally, proficiency in Python, experience with Power BI, and familiarity with regulatory initiatives are considered advantageous skills that would further enhance your effectiveness in the role. This position is centered on enhancing operational efficiency within the Corporate Functions team, with a remote focus that does not involve travel.
