As a Product Consultant at SAI360, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in Java, SQL, HTML, Reporting, ETL, APIs, and more. Your role will involve participating in project implementations, designing solutions based on client requirements, configuring applications, and providing training and support to clients. Your proactive approach, effective communication skills, and commitment to project delivery will be key to your success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Participate in project implementations and design workshops with clients - Document client's functional design and technical configuration - Configure and code applications based on client's design - Design and configure reports and dashboards - Support clients and core teams throughout projects - Resolve issues during testing phases - Provide formal customer and product-related trainings - Manage project scope and timelines - Maintain up-to-date product knowledge - Cultivate client relationships - Actively collaborate with colleagues to find technical solutions - Present product functionality to customers and management **Qualifications Required:** - 5-7 years of experience in Java, SQL, HTML, Reporting, ETL, APIs, etc. - Experience in GRC implementation with domain knowledge preferred - Strong SQL skills for any DBMS (MSSQL, Oracle, Postgres, etc.) - Working experience in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies - Knowledge of web application technologies such as XML, Vue, HTML 5, JScript, JSON, GraphQL, and CSS - Prior consulting experience and familiarity with Reporting-Tools (e.g., Business Objects, Power BI) is a plus - Fluent in English with excellent communication skills At SAI360, we value our employees and offer a supportive working environment with opportunities for career development and recognition.
