You will be joining a global energy technology company that specializes in solar, battery, and electric vehicle charging products. As part of our dynamic teams working on next-gen energy technologies, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support our customers and products. This includes answering inbound emails, chats, and phone calls to the Customer Support queue, conducting remote troubleshooting of products, approving and executing warranty claims, providing pre-sales information about products, and assisting with the activation of new sites. You will also be documenting all activities in a central CRM/Help Desk software platform, coordinating with Engineering on field issues and product modifications, and participating in ongoing training/education. To excel in this role, you should be a Graduate in B.E/B.Tech/BCA/B.SC IT with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers, peers, and managers. Previous experience in a fast-paced technical support or customer service position is required, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in languages with C1 Certification is necessary, and proficiency in Japanese (N2 and N3) is a plus. Being computer literate with essential PC skills and a general understanding of electrical concepts, AC & DC circuits, and an electrical or electronics background would be highly desirable. The candidate must be open to working during operational hours that span from 6:30 am to 11:00 pm, seven days a week, including weekends to ensure non-stop customer support coverage. This role also involves following departmental conventions and procedures, representing professionally via all communication mediums, abiding by company policies and standards of conduct, and performing any other duties as assigned.
