The ideal qualification for this role is a Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution with 1-2 years of relevant experience in the BFSI sector. Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply. As a Digital Relationship Manager, you will be expected to have good communication skills in English and the local language, excellent lead generation and conversion skills, and the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. Being able to work effectively as part of a team is crucial for success in this role. Ideal candidates will have 2 or more years of relevant experience in BPO sales, lead generation, or BPO customer service.
