Product Assistant

The Product Assistant role involves supporting the Product Lead in conducting licensing research, verifying data, and handling administrative tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date client portfolios. Your responsibilities will include assisting with licensing research, ensuring accuracy of client records, cross-checking data with official sources, maintaining and documenting client portfolio data, as well as organizing and exporting information using Excel and Microsoft Office tools. Additionally, you will be expected to provide general administrative support to streamline daily workflows and escalate any discrepancies or irregularities found in client-provided information. As a Junior/Entry-Level candidate with at least 2 years of experience, you should possess strong proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite, along with excellent attention to detail and a methodical work approach. Being organized, reliable, and eager to learn are essential qualities for this role, as well as the ability to follow structured tasks and work independently. While prior industry experience is not required, full training will be provided. Ideally, candidates based in Cyprus or Malta would be preferred for this position.
