Product Analyst - Insights

The core of the Real Estate Tech ecosystem is built on products and data. Data flows massively into the backend in the form of transactions, click events, uploads, updates, geospatial events, and more. Monitoring KPIs for all products and business functions is crucial for success. As a Product Analyst, you will play a vital role in driving this success. Collaborating closely with Product & Data Sciences, you will define KPIs, report on them, and track their progress. Your expertise in data analytics will allow you to communicate effectively with the business, identify problems, provide insights, and develop strategic solutions. Your data-driven dashboards and reports will influence business decisions, drive product enhancements, and monitor product metrics. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills in Big Data, combined with product and business acumen, and excellent communication abilities. A background in quantitative/technical fields, a curious mindset, and the ability to effectively communicate insights to senior leadership using data are essential. Key Qualifications: - Strong quantitative aptitude with a passion for consumer products and data - Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related quantitative fields - Demonstrated experience in quantitative analytics - Proficiency in SQL for data analysis - Sound knowledge of statistics for data interpretation - Proficiency in at least one analytics tool such as Pandas or R (Excel proficiency is not sufficient) - Skilled in scripting with Python - Solid understanding of data visualization principles to create informative reports and dashboards - Excellent interpersonal skills for effective verbal and written communication - Familiarity with experimentation methods (hypothesis testing, product experiments, regressions) and product growth optimization techniques Join us for an exciting and challenging work environment alongside passionate individuals fostering an entrepreneurial mindset.
