The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production schedules, ensuring quality standards, optimizing workflow, and leading a team of technicians and production staff. This role requires strong leadership, a solid understanding of orthotic manufacturing processes, and a commitment to efficiency and continuous improvement. Plan, coordinate, and supervise all stages of orthotics production to meet quality and delivery targets Manage and train production staff, ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure material availability Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste Maintain accurate production records and reports Collaborate with design, quality control, and logistics teams for seamless operations Qualifications: Proven experience in production management. At least 5 years of experience in an orthopaedic products stitching.
