Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Mohali for a Freight Broker. The Freight Broker will be responsible for negotiating and arranging transportation services, managing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will include freight brokerage, dispatching, and communicating with clients to ensure their needs are met efficiently and effectively. Qualifications Freight Brokerage and Brokerage skills Experience in Customer Service and Account Management Dispatching skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Previous experience in the freight industry is a plus Bachelor's degree or above.
