This role exists to activate markets, expand retail coverage, and strengthen distribution efficiency by ensuring consistent visibility and sales execution across assigned territories. It blends FMCG field discipline with data-backed performance tracking through BeatRoute and Odoo, operating within PRODG's MDAI-integrated sales ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Market Coverage: Execute daily routes covering 4050 outlets per day, maintain weekly visit frequency, and onboard new retail outlets. Sales & Promotion: Achieve monthly sales and SKU placement targets, coordinate with distributors, upsell high-margin SKUs, and execute trade offers. Merchandising & Visibility: Deploy POSM materials (posters, danglers, standees), audit shelf visibility, share photographic proof, and collect retailer feedback. Reporting: Submit daily beat and order reports through BeatRoute and ensure data accuracy in Odoo CRM. A Typical Day 9:30 AM 1:30 PM: Visit 2530 outlets, take orders, verify product placement, and gather retailer feedback. 1:30 PM 2:00 PM: Lunch break and coordination call with distributor/ASM for route or stock updates. 2:00 PM 5:30 PM: Execute branding activities (POSM placements) and identify new retail outlets. 5:30 PM 6:30 PM: Submit BeatRoute reports, upload data, and close the day's sales. Qualifications Graduate (BA, B.Com, BBA, B.Sc.) Freshers may apply. 02 years of experience in FMCG / Beverages / Retail Sales preferred. Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone. Tech-friendly (CRM / BeatRoute apps). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Requirements Comfortable working flexible hours. Field-based role; local travel required.
