Procurement Specialist SAP ECC / Ariba
Experience:

Job Summary:

SAP ECC modules

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end procurement operations using SAP ECC and SAP Ariba.
Support global teams by resolving procurement-related issues during night shift hours.
Handle purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoice processing, and vendor coordination.
Configure and maintain SAP Ariba modules (Buying & Invoicing, Guided Buying, Spot Buy).
Collaborate with finance, IT, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless procurement workflows.
Monitor procurement KPIs and ensure adherence to global procurement policies.
Participate in system upgrades, testing (UAT/SIT), and data migration activities.
Provide training and documentation for procurement processes and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
35 years of experience in procurement with SAP ECC and SAP Ariba.
Strong understanding of procurement and accounts payable processes.
Experience with Ariba Network, Guided Buying, and integration tools (e.g., CIG).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently during night shifts and manage global support.
