Job Description

As a Purchase Order Specialist at Capgemini, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all purchase requests and purchase order changes are processed accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: - Reviewing Purchase Requests (PR) and PO Changes (POC) to ensure they are structured correctly, contain all required information, and are aligned with the contract terms. - Supporting the creation of PR and POC, providing general order support to Suppliers and internal stakeholders, and assisting with delivery-related issues. - Managing receipts and assetization for AD Insight orders, as well as supporting other receipt processes. - Handling PO revisions to accommodate internal change requirements and reconciling blocked invoices. - Monitoring the ProcOps email account and providing support as needed, including following up on outstanding PR/PO Change approvals. Your profile should ideally include a customer service focus, strong verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English, and proficiency in tools such as Coupa, Microsoft Suites, and ServiceNow. Experience in creating and supporting purchase requisitions and purchase orders, as well as reviewing executed agreements, will be advantageous.
