Procurement Specialist (Indirect Buyer Services - India & APAC)

**Job Description:** As a Procurement Specialist in the Bangalore team at Sapiens, your role will involve managing the sourcing processes for Indirect commodity for the India and APAC specific region. This includes drafting and issuing Requests for Quotations (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and developing bid evaluation criteria. Your responsibilities will also include educating internal stakeholders on procurement processes, facilitating vendor debriefings, negotiating and preparing contractual agreements, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of procurement records. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage the sourcing processes for Indirect commodity for the India and APAC specific region - Plan, organize, and lead the bid solicitation process - Facilitate vendor debriefings and maintain accurate records - Analyze, negotiate, and prepare contractual agreements - Perform post-contract evaluations and maintain procurement records - Issue Nomination and PO/Contract for capital items, material/goods, and service purchases **Qualifications Required:** - Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments - Strong understanding of legal concepts related to vendor agreement contracts - Excellent relationship management skills and ability to work collaboratively with suppliers and internal stakeholders As a global leader in intelligent insurance software solutions, Sapiens International Corporation (NASDAQ and TASE: SPNS) empowers insurers to future-proof their organizations in a rapidly changing marketplace.
