They are essential for the smooth functioning of any organization.A systematic approach used for buying all the goods and services needed for a particular project or for the company generally to stay sustainable. It consists of:the identification of need; finding and qualifying the suppliers; requesting proposals, negotiating with suppliers, contracting, delivery and analyzing results; and contract close.What are we looking for
