Procurement Manager

Position: Procurement Manager

Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

Salary: 70,000 to 100,000 PM Negotiable

Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction, Real Estate or civil engineering industry

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Implement Procurement Strategies:

• Create and execute procurement strategies that align with project requirements and company objectives.
• Ensure procurement activities are in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

2. Supplier Management:

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities.
• Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery of materials.

3. Negotiation and Contract Management:

• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.
• Draft, review, and manage contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

4. Budget Management:

• Prepare and manage the procurement budget, ensuring cost-effective purchasing decisions.
• Track and report key metrics to reduce expenses and improve procurement efficiency.

5. Coordination with Internal Teams:

• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand material and service requirements.
• Ensure clear documentation of requirements and timely procurement to avoid project delays.

6. Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify potential new suppliers.
• Analyze market conditions to forecast price trends and their impact on future activities.

7. Risk Management:

• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the procurement process.
• Develop contingency plans to handle supply chain disruptions.

8. Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure all procurement activities comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost savings.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
