Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Procurement & Logistics Executive to coordinate product sourcing, quality checking, packing supervision, and export shipment logistics. The candidate should be responsible, self-driven, and fully aware of daily operational activities in agricultural exports.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit Vashi Market regularly to oversee procurement, packing status, and supplier coordination.
• Conduct quality inspection, size/weight measurement, and quantity verification for all products being packed.
• Take clear photos and videos during the packing and counting process, using a camera/tripod/measuring tools, and share them with the team.
• Maintain proper documentation in Excel and manage email communications with buyers.
• Provide real-time updates in the official WhatsApp group at every stage of shipment preparation.
• Monitor packing and container loading progress, and stay available during extended hours when inspection, packing, or container stuffing is in progress.
• Share GPS + speedometer photos daily before starting and after completing work.

Mandatory Requirements

• Must possess a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler for market visits.
• Must have a personal laptop for daily reporting, documentation, and email correspondence.
• Should be familiar with using camera, tripod, and measuring equipment.
• Must have strong knowledge of quality control and packing methods for various agricultural products.
• Flexible working hours — schedule will depend on shipment timeline and loading operations.

Languages Required

• Hindi, Marathi & English – Must be able to read and speak fluently.
• Knowledge of Tamil will be a added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Location

• Should be residing in/near Vashi Market for quick access to procurement and loading sites.
