This role is critical in supporting procurement operations and ensuring smooth execution of sourcing, contract management, supplier onboarding, and reporting activities. Key Responsibilities: Manage Coupa user access: setup, role assignments, catalog access, and approver changes. Identify appropriate system access levels based on user roles. Create, update, and deactivate user profiles using Excel-based data entry. Extract and analyze data from Coupa for reporting and insights. Maintain metadata for contracts, requisitions, and purchase orders. Respond to ServiceNow tickets and provide timely user support. Conduct audit log reviews to ensure compliance and data accuracy. Deliver training sessions to enhance Coupa user understanding. Monitor help desk trends and identify process improvement opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve procurement-related issues. Contribute to roadmap development based on user feedback and data insights. Required Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement operations, system administration, or user support. Strong working knowledge of Coupa or similar procurement systems. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, manipulation, reporting). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems. Experience in delivering user training or instructional support. Familiarity with procurement tools such as Concur .
