Job Description

An Individual is responsible for procurement process, run RFx for supplier selection and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Individuals should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of procurement best practices, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Required experience-

Must have 4 - 7 years of experience in procurement
Prior experience in PR to PO processes in S4HANA and SAP tool

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including MS Excel and MS Word.

Key Responsibilities-

Run RFx for the purchase of good and services
Procurement Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, like Quotes evaluation
Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, including finance and operations, to ensure procurement needs are met and requests are executed effectively.
Reporting: Prepare and present procurement reports to procurement management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
Manages the process related SLAs and KPIs
To report any non-compliance issues to the Manager so that precautionary measures can be put in place.
Proactive resolution of any foreseen issues that can impact the KPIs
