Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Strategy Development Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and profit targets. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitors' activities to refine the sales approach. 2. Business Development Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including businesses, government agencies, and other organizations. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry sectors to target. 3. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Ensure excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly. 4. Product Knowledge Stay updated on the latest IT trends and compliance requirements, with the ability to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients. Collaborate with technical teams to gather client feedback and ensure issues are resolved within stipulated timeframes. 5. Sales Presentations Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to potential clients. Tailor presentations to address the unique needs and challenges of each client. 6. Sales Forecasting and Reporting Monitor sales performance, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports to senior management. Accurately forecast sales revenue and pipeline development. 7. Pricing and Negotiation Work with the reporting manager to develop competitive pricing strategies. Lead negotiations with clients to close deals and finalize contracts. 8. Market Analysis Analyze market conditions, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to adjust strategies and tactics as needed. Provide feedback to product development teams based on client feedback and market insights. 9. Compliance and Documentation Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and client interactions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in IT sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. In-depth knowledge of IT products and services. Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology trends. Proficiency in sales and CRM software. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Results-oriented and driven to achieve sales goals.
