As a skilled and proactive ProcessUnity Administrator, your main responsibility will be to support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the ProcessUnity platform. Your role will play a vital part in ensuring that the system is optimized for performance, aligned with business needs, and effectively supports third-party risk management and other governance workflows. Your key responsibilities will include designing and configuring workflows, forms, dashboards, and reports within ProcessUnity. You will also customize data models and user roles to meet organizational requirements and implement best practices for third-party onboarding, assessments, and issue tracking. In terms of system administration, you will be responsible for managing user access, permissions, and roles, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. Additionally, maintaining system documentation and configuration records will be crucial. You will need to perform regular system updates to ensure platform stability and provide technical support to internal users, resolving any platform-related queries that may arise. Collaboration with ProcessUnity support and vendors for escalated issues will also be part of your role. Your duties will also involve developing and distributing scheduled reports on third-party risk metrics, enabling stakeholders to access and interpret data through dashboards and exports. Collaboration with risk management, compliance, and IT teams is essential to align platform capabilities with business goals. Furthermore, training users on platform functionality and updates will be necessary to ensure smooth operations.
