Having an advanced level certification in Sigma, Kaizen, and Process Improvement techniques would be highly desirable for this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills, is required. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial, along with exceptional problem-solving abilities. You should be capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with on-shore teams located in overseas offices and fostering a continuous improvement culture that emphasizes data-based decision-making. Excellent interpersonal, analysis, coaching, facilitation, and presentation skills are essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, relationship-building, and performance management skills. A positive attitude, high professional morale, and the ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlines are necessary. You must excel in organization and priority setting, with a high degree of urgency.
