Ensuring customer POs meet compliance standards Order entry and maintenance per standard operating procedures Coordinating with value stream team to execute on customer orders Keeping customers informed of any changes with their orders Provide Order acknowledgments and other required documentation to customers Addressing warranty claims, coordinating Return Materials Authorizations (RMAs) and Order Change Notices (OCNs) Familiarity with ERP Systems strongly desired. JDE experience preferred. Working knowledge of industrial equipment, previous experience with a manufacturing ERP system and basic ability to read/interpret engineering drawings would be great assets to accelerate onboarding.
