Qualifications Required: - BE/ME in Textile Engineering with a minimum of 8-12 years of experience in textile/yarn technical service and customer support. - Profound understanding of polyester filament yarns. - Exceptional customer handling and problems-solving abilities focusing on yarn applications. - Strong leadership skills to manage support teams effectively and ensure prompt resolution of customer issues. - Proven track record of aligning customer requirements with product development strategies for business growth.
