As a member of the SRAM design group in Bangalore, you will be involved in the development of various types of SRAMs, Register files, and ROMs in advanced technology nodes such as 4nm, 2nm, and beyond. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver highly competitive memories for SAMSUNG Foundry customers. Your role and responsibilities will include designing highly competitive circuits to meet performance/power specifications requested by customers. You will guide and lead a group of engineers to ensure timely delivery of the SRAM IP. You will take ownership of the entire process from SPEC to GDS and DK delivery, review circuits and robustness reports, and address any potential issues.
