We are seeking a Senior GRC Solutions Engineer to support the design, configuration, and enhancement of our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. The role currently focuses on platforms such as Process Unity and/or Audit Board, with flexibility to support evaluations and transitions to new GRC technologies as our needs evolve. You will play a key role in translating business and regulatory requirements into scalable, automated technical solutions, working alongside InfoSec, Compliance, Legal, and IT teams to strengthen our GRC capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Design and configure GRC solutions using Process Unity, Audit Board, and other potential platforms. Translate risk, compliance, and audit requirements into platform configurations and workflow automations. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure GRC tools align with organizational objectives and controls. Support proof-of-concept (PoC) efforts and assist in evaluating future platform options. Contribute to reusable templates, documentation, and best practices for platform configurations and data flows. Assist in platform integrations with systems like ERP, IAM, or ticketing tools using APIs or connectors. Stay informed on regulatory trends (e.g., SOX, NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR) and support solution alignment. Provide support and occasional mentorship to junior engineers or analysts. Qualifications : 5+ years of experience implementing GRC solutions with hands-on experience on Process Unity, Audit Board, or similar tools. Proven ability to deliver enterprise-scale GRC architectures and solutions. Deep understanding of risk management, compliance, and audit lifecycle processes. Experience with API integrations, scripting, and data analytics/reporting within GRC contexts. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, bridging technical and business perspectives. Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving technology platforms. Preferred Qualifications: Relevant certifications (CRISC, CISA, CISM, CGEIT).
