Role & responsibilities Conduct TNI & TNA to identify gaps and design targeted training programs for new hires and existing employees. Deliver new hire training (NHT), refresher sessions, and ongoing skill development programs. Design, update, and maintain training materials, modules, and assessments for process and product training. Utilize various training methodologies, including e-learning, classroom training, and hands-on simulations. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Operations to ensure up-to-date product and process knowledge. Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking. Team Management & Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of trainers and training coordinators, ensuring they meet performance and delivery standards. Work closely with Operations, Quality, and HR teams to drive continuous improvement in employee performance. Act as a liaison between training and senior management to communicate training impact and business needs. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze training metrics such as learning effectiveness, training completion rates, and post-training performance. Recommend and implement improvements based on data-driven insights. Present periodic reports to management on training outcomes, impact, and future training roadmaps.
