Process Technician - ISBM

Role Overview: You will be responsible for establishing the process for all new molds during the development and commercial mold hand over to the plant/internal customers. Your role will also involve conducting Design of Experiments (DOE) on all new molds, sharing the results with suitable and optimized processes, coordinating QC testing with the internal QC lab, developing sampling plans with the Project Manager, and effectively communicating with the Project Management team and internal customers to coordinate project activities related to process establishment. Key Responsibilities: - Establish the process for all new molds and hand over to the plant/internal customers - Conduct Design of Experiments (DOE) on new molds and share results with optimized processes - Coordinate QC testing with internal QC lab - Develop sampling plans with the Project Manager - Communicate effectively with the Project Management team and internal customers to coordinate project activities Qualifications Required: - Must possess a degree (Bachelor or Master) or Diploma - 3-4 years of experience in DPW 70, DPH 70, MB 50 of ASB - Hands-on experience with ISBM technology - Experience in handling ASB machines, including machine setting, mold setting, and quality testing - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Additional Details: You can expect a smooth start through individual and accurate training, as well as professional guidance and support.
