Manager - Product, HEBU Qualification : B.Tech/B.E. Experience: 10 - 15 yrs Location : HO, Pune No of Post : 2 Role & responsibilities Role entails understanding of plant operations in process industries like pharma, chemical, agrochem, fertilizers, petrochemicals, etc. Product/ Applications engineering, process schemes for heat exchangers & allied range of products including thermal & mechanical aspects. Development of new application areas in focus sectors for generating business. Plan market strategy for business development for existing and new applications. Developing presentations, application dossiers with team for customer interactions. Travelling for customer interactions as per business requirements. Handle technical & commercial negotiations to finalize orders. Plan, present, participate at seminars, conferences, and exhibitions to enhance business. Preferred candidate profile Candidate must have understanding of plant operations in process industries like pharma, chemical, fertiliser, etc. Experience of designing process equipment like heat exchangers/ pressure vessels, similar products. Interest in application engineering and techno commercial business areas. Knowledge of design programs such as ChemCAD, HTRI etc. is preferred.
