As an experienced Sales Manager, your main objective will be to enhance the market for ADAS/Mobility product line in the APAC Region. You will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, fostering customer relationships, and driving business growth. Your expertise in solutions sales, strategic planning, and leadership will be vital in expanding market reach and increasing revenue. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing a strategic sales plan to meet company targets, identifying new business opportunities in the automobile sector (Aftermarket), and conducting market research to understand trends and customer needs. You will be expected to generate and manage leads through networking, cold calling, and client meetings. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders will be a key aspect of your role. Providing technical consultations, product demonstrations, and tailored solutions to address client inquiries and automation needs will be essential. Collaboration with engineering and production teams will ensure technical feasibility, while coordination with marketing teams will facilitate the creation of effective sales campaigns. You will be accountable for meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets, tracking performance using CRM tools, and providing regular reports to management to ensure continuous growth and target achievement. Your skills in negotiation, preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts, as well as negotiating pricing and contract terms with clients will be crucial. Timely follow-ups to convert leads into sales will be imperative for success in this role. Representing the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events will help in market expansion and brand positioning. Identifying potential partnerships to expand the company's market share will also be part of your responsibilities. This role will report into the Chief Business Officer ADAS Aftermarket, and you will interact with internal stakeholders such as the Sales and Product development team, as well as external stakeholders including customers/clients. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation) or Business Management, along with at least 6 years of experience in selling Solutions/ADAS in the international market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are a must, as well as the ability to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events. Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales forecasting tools is required. An understanding of ADAS systems or similar products and aftermarket ecosystems, as well as a passion for innovation, advanced technology systems, and entrepreneurship, will be beneficial. Your exposure to the international market, preferably the APAC region, and experience working with B2B enterprise-level customers in SAAS-based or ADAS industry will be advantageous. Your competencies in behavioural aspects such as customer-centric approach, collaborative problem-solving, ownership, data-driven decision-making, growth mindset, result orientation, and scalable process approach will be essential for success in this role.,
