Process safety Engineer - Offshore Oil&Gas

As a Process Safety Engineer with 10-20+ years of experience in Safety engineering within the Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, and Chemical industry, including FPSO projects, your responsibilities will include: - Executing major capital projects as a process safety expert. - Handling issues related to Refinery, Petrochemical plants, LPG & LNG Storage & Treatment facility, FPSO offshore production facilities, high-pressure gas processing systems, and oil/water/gas separation facilities. - Participating in Proposal estimation for Process Safety Part, Kick-off Meetings, Project management, and control procedures. - Managing Process Safety workflow and coordinating interdisciplinary activities. - Developing Process Safety Deliverables for Conceptual, FEED, and EPCM projects. - Applying in-depth knowledge of HSE Design/Process safety basis of design/Philosophies. - Conducting HAZOP, HAZID, PHA, SIL/LOPA, QRA, ENVID, FERA, EERA, ALARP, and 3-D model reviews in coordination with consultants and workshops. - Creating Hazardous/Electrical area classification schedules & drawings as per IEC & API standards. - Utilizing DNV PHAST SAFETI, FLARESIM & other Process Safety software. - Optimizing Plot Plans and Equipment Layouts, preparing Escape route and safety equipment layouts, fireproofing schedules and drawings, and F&G mapping. - Performing Process Safety Audits and developing/implementing Process Safety Concepts. Qualifications required for this role include: - 10-20+ years of experience in Safety engineering within the Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, and Chemical industry, including FPSO projects. - Extensive experience in executing major capital projects as a process safety expert. - Competency in handling issues related to various industrial facilities. - Knowledge of HSE Design/Process safety basis of design/Philosophies. - Experience in using DNV PHAST SAFETI, FLARESIM & other Process Safety software. - Familiarity with Hazardous/Electrical area classification standards. - Ability to conduct Process Safety Audits and develop/implement Process Safety Concepts.,
