Process Safety Engineer - Offshore Oil & Gas

As a Process Safety Engineer with 10 - 20+ years of experience in Safety engineering within the Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, and Chemical industry, as well as offshore FPSO facilities, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Extensive experience in executing major capital projects as a process safety expert - Competency in addressing issues related to Refinery, Petrochemical plants, LPG & LNG Storage & Treatment facility, FPSO offshore production facilities, high pressure gas processing systems, and oil/water/gas separation facilities - Proposal estimation for Process Safety Part - Participation in Kick-off Meetings - Project management and control procedures - Process Safety workflow and interdisciplinary co-ordination - Development of Process Safety Deliverables for Conceptual, FEED, and EPCM projects - Profound knowledge of HSE Design/Process safety basis of design/Philosophies - Conducting HAZOP, HAZID, PHA, SIL/LOPA, QRA, ENVID, FERA, EERA, ALARP, 3-D model reviews in coordination with consultants and workshop participation - Creating Hazardous/Electrical area classification schedules & drawings as per IEC & API standards - Hands-on experience in DNV PHAST SAFETI, FLARESIM & other Process Safety software - Expertise in Plot Plan and Equipment Layout optimization, Preparation of Escape route and safety equipment layout, Preparation of fireproofing schedule and drawings, F&G mapping - Conducting Process Safety Audits - Development and implementation of Process Safety Concepts Your qualifications for this role should include: - 10 - 20+ years of Safety engineering experience in the specified industries - Proficiency in handling process safety aspects for various facilities - Hands-on experience with relevant Process Safety software - Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations - Ability to conduct and participate in various safety audits Kindly note that no additional details about the company were provided in the job description.,
