Job Description

As a Process Safety Engineer (Onshore & Offshore) with 10 - 20+ years of experience in Safety engineering within the Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, and Chemical industry, you will play a crucial role in the execution of major capital projects as a process safety expert. Your responsibilities will include: - Proposal estimation for Process Safety Part - Participation in Kick-off Meetings - Implementation of project management and control procedures - Management of Process Safety workflow and interdisciplinary co-ordination - Generation of Process Safety Deliverables for Conceptual, FEED, and EPCM projects - Application of in-depth knowledge in HSE Design/Process safety basis of design/Philosophies - Conducting HAZOP, HAZID, PHA, SIL/LOPA, QRA, ENVID, FERA, EERA, ALARP, 3-D model review in coordination with consultants and workshop participation - Development of Hazardous/Electrical area classification schedule & drawing as per IEC & API standards - Utilization of hands-on experience in DNV PHAST SAFETI, FLARESIM & other Process Safety software - Optimization of Plot Plan and Equipment Layout - Preparation of Escape routes and safety equipment layout - Compilation of fireproofing schedules and drawings - F&G mapping - Conducting Process Safety Audits - Development and implementation of Process Safety Concepts Your extensive expertise in Process Safety Engineering will be instrumental in ensuring the safety and efficiency of operations within various facilities, including Refineries, Petrochemical plants, LPG & LNG Storage & Treatment facilities, FPSO offshore production facilities, high-pressure gas processing systems, and oil/water/gas separation facilities. You are expected to have a thorough understanding of Process Safety principles and practices, as well as the ability to apply this knowledge effectively in the design, implementation, and evaluation of safety measures across a wide range of projects and environments.,
