As the Accounting Director at ZeroNorth, you will spearhead the transformation of the company's global accounting function. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of financial data to support the ambitious growth plans of the organization. In this pivotal role, you will drive innovation in financial processes, establish a top-tier accounting team, and collaborate closely with the CFO Team to ensure scalable and robust financial operations. Reporting directly to the Global Accounting Director, you will be tasked with developing and implementing best practices, scalable processes, and strong internal controls while overseeing a dedicated team. Key responsibilities include leading the transformation of the global consolidation process, coordinating external financial reports, preparing the Group's financial statements, designing forward-thinking accounting policies, managing the global tax strategy and compliance, and maintaining relationships with external auditors. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a minimum of 12-15 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 8-10 years in a senior leadership position.
