The Workfront Consultant is responsible for ensuring the success of Workfront customers by assessing, designing, implementing, and configuring work management solutions using the Workfront platform. With a proven ability to design and implement new processes in Workfront, you will play a crucial role in enhancing client experience and satisfaction. Your role as a Workfront Consultant involves gathering requirements to solve specific processes/workstreams, designing and building process prototypes, providing solutions for upgrades and configurations, and serving as the Workfront subject matter expert for all users. You will also handle administrative functions such as managing user access, security roles, and licensing subscriptions. Additionally, you will lead technical discussions with customers, collaborate with various teams to design and implement integrated solutions, and provide post-deployment technical support for customer integrations. Hosting Workfront trainings, educating users on updates, and creating meaningful insights through data manipulations and report building are also key responsibilities. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of experience in software development and 5+ years of client-facing implementation work. Proficiency in Workfront or similar work management tools, strong technical and analytical skills, proactive nature, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential. Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, along with experience in SaaS-based environments and enterprise systems, are required for this role.
