Process Principal Engineer- OSD

In this role, you will be responsible for project delivery, design management, and project management. Your duties will include performing process engineering calculations such as heat & mass balance, utility sizing, thermal rating of heat exchangers, and hydraulics. You will also review all aspects of design and construction for consistency and safety, lead HAZOP and PHA reviews, and contribute to a culture of excellence in quality work and successful projects. To excel in this position, you are required to have a degree in Chemical Engineering discipline with a minimum of 11-15 years of experience in the Process Department of a consultancy organization. Strong technical skills in carrying out basic and detailed engineering work are essential, along with experience in handling Formulation Projects including Steriles and High Containment Plants. Additionally, you should have expertise in preparing Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), layout designing of Formulation Projects, capacity mapping, equipment selection criteria, and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
