Process Mining Architect

• Business level English – Oral and Written 5+ years of experience in executing process mining projects with a focus on data sourcing, ingestion, transformation and provisioning (=technical angle) Strong understanding large-scale (100GB+) data engineering principles, tools and technology (e.g. PySpark) Strong understanding of process mining methodology Strong understanding of process performance indicators and their calculation logic Strong working experience in developing configurable, scalable solutions to process mining specific data challenges (e.g. dealing with timestamps of varying precision and from multiple time zones) Proficiency in working with process mining solutions Experience in developing talent and training data engineers for process mining Strong active listening skills Confident and engaging communication skills across all levels of seniority Experience working in large global organisations with multiple value chains Knowledge of FSI processes is a plus
