The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting and 7-10 years of experience. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the development and implementation of new processes and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes. Analyze data and metrics to measure process performance and make recommendations for improvement. Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures. Provide training and support to team members on new processes and procedures. Identify and mitigate risks associated with process improvements. Job Requirements Strong understanding of IT Services & Consulting industry trends and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
