Job Description

**Job Description:** As a Reporting Transition Specialist, your role will involve carrying out the transition of reporting and allied activities from Onshore to the HUB. You will be required to liaise with stakeholders in different locations to understand the reporting process. Additionally, you will need to identify the data sets required for the MI generation, as well as the tools used in the current process. Your responsibilities will also include performing parallel runs and ensuring successful go-live aligned to the Project Plan. Furthermore, you will be responsible for report generation and allied activities, ensuring accurate and timely submissions. You will need to implement sufficient controls around the process, including DOI updates, and identify areas of improvement. Lastly, you will be required to align to potential digitization of the reports as per project plans. **Key Responsibilities:** - Liaise with stakeholders to understand the reporting process - Identify required data sets and tools for MI generation - Conduct parallel runs and ensure successful go-live - Perform report generation and allied activities for accurate submissions - Implement controls around the process and identify areas for improvement - Align to potential digitization of reports as per project plans **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Reporting and visualization - Strong flair for Data and Insights - Process improvement mindsight with control discipline,
