Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed Time & Motion Studies across key production lines to capture task-level data. Observe and document work processes, material movement, cycle times, idle times, and operator performance. Analyze collected data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for productivity improvement. Support Manning Analysis by: Mapping current manpower deployment across shifts. Assessing optimal headcount required for each operation/station. Recommending improvements for workforce productivity and line balancing.
