Your role as an Instrumentation Engineer at Nikkiso involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop instrumentation and control systems for cryogenic systems. You will be responsible for selecting appropriate sensors, transmitters, valves, analyzers, and other components to meet project requirements. Additionally, you will create and review documentation, such as P&ID diagrams, Hook Up drawings, and operating procedures, to ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations. Key responsibilities include installing, calibrating, and configuring instrumentation devices, as well as working closely with other engineers and technicians. Proficiency in preparing documentation, including specifications, checklists, and manuals, is essential for this role. You will also serve as a mentor for other team members, although direct supervisory responsibilities are not included in this position. This job operates in a professional office environment and requires proficiency in using standard office equipment such as laptops, computers, and smartphones. The physical demands of the job may include lifting files, accessing filing cabinets, and adjusting focus as needed. A Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control or Instrumentation Engineering, along with a strong understanding of process instrumentation principles and industrial automation technologies, is required for this role. Prepare detailed site visit reports and arrange sign off from the customer after completion of each job . Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, escalating issues when needed and ensuring that appropriate corrective actions are implemented immediately . Always keep up to date on new services and products and maintain technical awareness of new technology. Maintain customer AMC/ARC updated records and complete the work as per contractual timelines. Generating service sales leads and develops new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information, identifying and exploring potential new service portfolios. Submit service related quotes, prepare costing sheets, negotiate with customers and respond to clarifications.

Job Details- Experience in inside sales of Field/process instrumentation products Responsibilities- Responding to RFPs and RFQs : Submit quotations and participate in tenders by creating relevant documents / solutions with inputs from the sales personnel. Respond to Clarifications: Provide clarification response to potential or existing customers which could be either Commercial or Technical in nature. Technical Support: Provide technical support to the sales / service team and customers, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and answering technical inquiries. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base along with the sales team. Procurement and Logistics: Provide timely information to the procurement and logistics team to ensure proper inventories can be maintained / ordered and customer materials can be dispatched on time. Dispatch Clearance and Invoice: Provide dispatch clearance and invoicing details to Logistics and Finance team in the required formats to ensure billing and dispatch formalities and completed without any issues. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and service to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction. Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management.

As an Area Sales Manager specializing in Channel Sales for Process Instruments in Mumbai, you will be responsible for achieving set sales targets in the assigned region for on-line process analyzers, including the measurement of pH, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, and turbidity in the process industry. Your primary objective will be to achieve sales revenue targets through our partners (OEMs) on a quarterly basis. You will collaborate with partners to understand the business potential, including current projects and upcoming opportunities. Regularly liaising with key decision-makers will help you uncover new business opportunities. Your role will also involve delivering targeted presentations to individuals or groups to showcase our products, identifying and generating sales opportunities, and developing customized techno-commercial proposals to convert opportunities into sales.
