EducationEngineering degree (Preferably Instrumentation) Candidate shall have 3-6 Years of experience in sales / marketing. Candidate shall be very dynamic & a strong team player. Candidate having worked in petrochemical industry will have added advantage. Should be willing to travel across India. Must have strong communication, presentation & CRM skills. Should be technically sound.

Design and implement instrumentation systems for various applications. Conduct testing and troubleshooting of instrumentation systems. Monitor system performance and ensure reliability. Provide technical support and maintenance for instrumentation systems. Prepare technical documentation and reports.

Role & Responsibility: Experienced with handling sales in Automation and should have good knowledge of Process instrumentation (Flow, Pressure, Level, Temperature) or sensors. Lead/inquiry generation, selection of products, offer preparation and submission, negotiation, and order closure. Participate in direct calls and leads in presentations to customers, consultants, and specifies. Maintains personal contact with major customers to ensure an appropriate level of customer happiness is achieved. Adherence to sales processes and guidelines, acquiring vital approvals documentation. Driving business through Channel Partners, Engaging Customers (End users, OEMs, Panel Builders, contractors) Consultants. Good understanding of Business processes and Sales Processes. Good networking skills, capability to develop a positive relationship with key decision-makers, opinion makers in the industry It should be an effective communicator with analytical and technical skills, self-starter, good teamwork skills, and ownership. It should taking care of your personal targets & your Team targets. Willing to travel and handle outside clients. Skills and Abilities Required: 3+ years of experience in Automation sales.
