Smoothen execution of the monthly Production and Packing Plan by coordinating with various departments such as Production, Packing, Purchase, Stores, QA, and QC.
To check the availability of finished products as per the agreed and approved timelines, in adherence to GMP guidelines and the company's SOPs.
To prepare and monitor Plan vs. Actual reports for Production and Packing, and to address any bottlenecks on a daily basis.
To coordinate with the CO Planning Team on a daily basis to resolve material-related issues for smoother Production and Packing operations.
To coordinate with the Plant Stores Team for the preparation of stock reports and GRN (Goods Receipt Note) entries.
To coordinate with the QC and QA Teams at the plant for the timely release of materials and finished goods.
To prepare a monthly inventory analysis of all materials.
To prepare the Weekly Production Plan in close coordination with senior officials, ensuring better clarity on production execution and material availability at the plant.
To prepare various management reports at the beginning, during, and end of each month.

Microsoft Office ( Excel, world & Power point)
Strong Communication skills
