Acts as the single point of contact for other departments and is responsible for new developments in the domain from Manufacturing readiness level 1 up to 9. Supports operations in his expert role on training and final escalation level. Your profile as Process expert bolt tensioning Education: Masters Engineering degree Years of relevant experience: Minimum 10 -15 in a related technology content. Relevant matrix team lead experience. Functional competences (max 8): Methodical. Cross departmental contact point for expertise related items. In depth operational process know how. Good communicator. Willing to travel +- 5 times a year.
